Iranian Appeals Court Upholds
Kokabee’s Ten-year Sentence

In a surprising setback for efforts to free imprisoned Iranian physicist Omid Kokabee an appeals court in Iran rejected th opinion of its supreme court and reaffirmed his ten-year prison sentence.
